As a Chief Technology Officer who has led organizations of all sizes, my journey of continuous learning has been marked by countless hours of reading and doing, but very little time spent writing. While the first two actions come easy for me, as does verbal communication about said endeavors, I shy away from practicing and elevating my writing skills. This was something that subconsciously stemmed all the way back to my college days and a single experience with a certain Upper Division Writing Exam. What bugged me most about this was the deep realization and understanding that in order to create shared consciousness, the linchpin of scalable communities (enterprises), amongst my communities I needed to shed my fear and master asynchronous communication mediums – aka writing. That seed blossomed into Nimble Big. While initially centered on my personal writing and research, Nimble Big aspires to evolve into a thriving community platform where professionals can share their journeys and insights on blending startup agility with enterprise resilience when adopting emerging technologies. Our collective aim is to transform how we and our organizations operate, adapt, and flourish at scale with technology. In essence, we’re creating a space where, as my favorite AI-suggested subtitle puts it, ‘Giants Learn to Dance.’ Welcome!
